who thinks the sonics will stay at Key? assuming that there is some
remodeling of locker rooms, and seating. and taht the okie dokie guys don't
move the team.

I don't think they will stay at the key, at all! I think the only way
to keep the Sonics in this region will be to build a new arena in
Bellevue, Renton, or some other suburban location where they can have an
arena with parking. I think the biggest problems I've been hearing
about are not so much with Key Arena itself, but more with the lease
they got from the stupid city of Seattle, plus not gettting any parking
revenue, because 100% of the parking is controlled by the city (shitty)
of Seattle. I think even if a new arena is built, there probably is
only a 35% chance this Okie ownership group will keep the team here. I
think we got a better chance at getting the Blazers here, especially
since Paul Allen coincidentally pulled the team off the market
practically within hours of the Sonics sale.
