Besides the fact that your analysis is flat ass wrong, you're in the wronggroup for your stupid comments.
Care to explain why my analysis is "flat ass wrong", Einstein? Have you followed political news lately? Or within the last few years?

because everybody knows there are no sane republicans left, at least
not any with any self respect. Just churchians, not Christians, but
churchians, beholding to the pulpit phropheteers who tell em how to
vote and where to send the coin

OK, that is a logical explanation I am willing to accept. ;-)

Thanks.

Have you or do you get yours preanalyzed by someone else?

In the famous words of William Jefferson Clinton, "it's the economy stupid."

Actually, you've got it backwards. You don't stick with a party that has abandoned their values or gone too far with ideological extremism. Ronald Reagan switched parties.

That ofcourse is your knock at conservatives but whatever you believe you
dont just abandon your own beliefs and then go to a party that is entirely
against your beliefs. Reagan existed in a time when there were actually
moderates around...

Actually, yes, that is exactly what it means.

Becoming Independent *is* changing parties.

You don't change sides of the issues... is what I meant..

To go from Republican to Democrat or Democrat to Republican these days is an
extreme change...

how logical will be dismissed by you as looney... so shut the fuck up and

Ronald Reagan switched parties.
Right. Theodore Roosevelt started his own party, and his "New
Nationalism" philosophy is one to which I heartily subscribe:

Franklin Roosevelt is better than Ted Roosevelt. I'm actually surprised
that Barkley would have ever been a Republican. Republican is the party
of racists like Pat Buchannon and David Duke.
