Would hardly think he is gonna destroy his own career as a a possible
manager to get back at someone over a war of words, do you?

Why is it taking so long? Doesnt he want the job? All quin has to tell him
is his wages and his transfer budget, if thats all ok then SNQ asks him how
he plans on putting things right if thats ok then they both sign and we win
the lge and the fa cup and the champions lge and the world cup etc.

Not hard not time consuming!!

why sign before the monday match when he can wait till tuesday and give
himself the international break to work with the players he wouldnt have any
time to change anything for the wba game why risk starting with a loss

Would you want a manager with that attitude?

Why not sign yesterday, or today, or tomorrow and give himself a couple of
days to check out the squad...rather than (as you're implying) potentially
forfeiting a game, and 3 points?

Transfer window closes in 4 days. (I think it's 4). Anyone coming in
will have to work with what's there and that's not a great incentive
for anyone. We need someone desperately but a "celebrity appointment"
with no managerial experience, dubious man-management potential and
unable to bring in players .....
I think Keane would be a disaster for the club and IMO he'd be a bigger
"dummy-spitter" than Keegan.
