If you make the assumption that every team has a 50/50 chance to win
there remaining games, here are the chances each team will make the
playoffs:

American League
Yankees 100.0
Tigers 100.0
Athletics 99.8
Twins 98.4
White Sox 1.6
Red Sox 0.0
Angels 0.2
Blue Jays out
Rangers out
Mariners out
Indians out
Orioles out
Devil Rays out
Royals out

National League
Mets 100.0
Padres 82.4
Cardinals 99.3
Dodgers 65.1
Phillies 51.1
Marlins 0.8
Astros 0.6
Giants 0.3
Reds 0.3
Braves ~0.0
Diamondbacks ~0.0
Rockies out
Brewers out
Nationals out
Pirates out
Cubs out

5 million times my pc finished out the season flipping a coin for each
remaining game.
