In my other/previous posts.

To sum up: This team has proved that it has last place talent. Baker
was a problem, but he was not the main problem. Lack of talent was.
Now maybe MacPhail was calling all the shots -- we simply don't know
-- but Hendry was at least nominally responsible for assembling the
team. Hendry appears to have been making bad decisions for a while,
and his past 2 winters have been horrible. Looking at his results,
Hendry is probably worse at his job than Baker. If Hendry stays,
he'll continue making stupid and non-productive moves and the team
will not improve in any meaningful way.
