I'm guessing you meant to say *a* gay Republican[1] congressmen from Florida is a sexual predator (particularly by the definitions of laws he drafted) and may be an active pedophile. I'm sure you weren't equating homosexuality and pedophilia.

If it makes you feel any better, I think people are beginning to wise up to
the game.

It's really rich that the same people who deny that Dan Rather had an
agenda are full of outrage as the result of FoxNews incorrectly
identifying Foley as a Democrat instead of a Republican, not orally,
but rather as a result of a screen graphic that aired for all of 30
seconds.

Are these really the same people or are you just lumping them together?

Whereas it only takes conservatives 1/15 of a second to get upset:

Seriously, there are people on both sides who are quick to politicize
anything in this political climate...

Yeah, they're pretty much the same people. The lefty bloggers and
those who eat up the baloney they feed their readers.

I didn't even remember that incident, Malcolm. I think that it was
news for all of 10 minutes.

Such is the result of wedge politics. People aren't looking to compromise
or find common ground. They're looking to get more people in their bunker
and to fire shells at the "enemy."
