I read NGs for enjoyment, and to get info about topics that interest me.
Certain people exist in NGs for no other reason than to get attention for
themselves, or to stir the shit up and watch people react to their posts.
Those people provide nothing of value, so I killfile them, and thus hope to
avoid their bullshit posts.

Others fall right into their game, and then bitch about them. I merely try
to suggest to these people that they just ignore fuckheads like BDS. I'm
trying to, but it's difficult when people insist on feeding him.

It's just frustrating.

Has it ever occurred to you that people might enjoy making trolls look
foolish? Personally speaking, I know my usenet experience would be
significantly less enjoyable if I only encountered people who were polite
and well-informed.
