Oakland outscored the Twins 16-7 and the Twins NEVER lead in the series? Think the Twins would have won a game against the Yankees? Sure am glad we let them win the Central. It should be fun for them hoisting a useless Central Division flag next season. Brian
who knows, but for sure, Tigers play like they did the last three games--- you won't stop them.

heh heh!!! In ONE game, the Tigers scored only TWO fewer runs than the
twinkies did in an ENTIRE SERIES!

Not bitter at all. I'm actually happy they won the AL Central, because with the way they started the season, they exceeded my expectations for this season. I'm just not happy the Tigers are still in the playoffs, because they don't really deserve to be, IMO.

We travel to several major league parks every summer (and have been
for six years now) and the fans at most parks are friendly and good
natured. The only two places where we have encountered drunken,
hostile and foul-mouthed idiots were U.S. Cellular (White Sox) and
Comerica (Tigers) parks. They have the highest "idiot ratio" of any
fans we have encountered in over a dozen different MLB ball parks
over the years.

I've been to the Alameda Coliseum in Oakland...while it's not
the nicest park I've seen a game in, the fans there were great.

Then why are the fans great at 90% of the ballparks we visit,
and only the White Sox fans and Tigers fans are the drunken
loudmouthed idiots?
