MORE TALES FROM THE STRIB...

So Troy is opting for surgery on his sore right ankle again,
apparently due to bone spurs, which will mean a three month
recovery. According to Youngblood, McHale "sounds like a
man who thinks surgery should be the final option":

McHale: "You can't take surgery back."

Maybe on a championship contending team, Kevin. For a cellar
dweller, like the Wolves and an overpaid crap player like Hudson,
it's better that he doesn't play.

Damn, Kevin, if you'd only traded him or something *before*
you paid him, you wouldn't need the "final option". I heard that
Adolph has a deal on gas ovens at the Appliance Mart, tho.
Please, feel free to stick your head in one.

T-Hud is a very streaky player. He can shoot you into a game, or he
can shoot you out of one. He's basically a shoot-first PG.

Do I smell another T-Hud rap album in the works? ;-)

Give Levi some leeway on this one. You haven't had to suffer through a
decade of McHale's bumbling ineptness. It can lead any loyal fan to a
rash statement or two.

Aw shucks, thanks Matt. Just riffing a bit, Dave.

The more I learn about McHale's "management skills",
the more I am saddend by the waste of Kevin Garnett's
enormous potential - not that I should really worry about
KG and his Million$.

While indecourous newsgroup postings rarely surprise me, this easily is
the most distasteful posting I've seen since I killfiled ADH
Northsider.

Fans that use "Adolph" and/or death and torture reference help put the
"fanatic" in "fan".

I'm particularly fanatic about slaying sacred cows. But I take
your (and Dave's) point.

You don't eat beef? When I was eight years old visiting India, our
train stopped for three hours because they would not move the cow off
the track. That probably spurred my lifelong love of steak and my
distaste for religion.

i can't blame you for the frustration, i just figure it deserves an
appropriate rection. nazis and death weren't in my appropriate category.

you probably aren't worried about kg and his millions, just the lost opp for
a championship.
