And they still are in last place..... "Ed Varner" <Ed.Varner@gmail.com> wrote in message news:1149143075.155828.67000@u72g2000cwu.googlegro ups.com... Quote:

Yes,we are in last place......BUT.....the division
is incredibly weak this year.Only a few games separate all the division opponents and a good winning streak from ANY of them can propel any of them to the top again. With only one third of the season gone,I am not going to count them out yet.Not to mention the fact, that a couple of weeks ago,the ANGELS were in last place and we were in third. It can change fast, and probably will again before the All Star Break happens. |

Texas and Oakland are the cream of the division and as the season goes on, this will be apparent. Seattle can beat up on a hapless Kansas City..no problem. (any team that gives up 2 HRs to Sexton has got to be bad) But when the Oakland IR list lessens, they will be pretty strong, expecially by getting back a starter and bullpen help. You really can count Seattle out. I like LAA better then Seattle over the season. "SAC 441" <SAC441@webtv.net> wrote in message news:25403-4481B550-7@storefull-3256.bay.webtv.net... Quote:

Yesterday, Ichiro had 2500 hits in total.
He can have more than 4000 hits in the future, I think. How many hits do you think Ichiro will have in the future? |
