Default miami wouldve been better off keeping odom, and butler...

they could have started a lineup of zo, haslem, odom, wade, and j-will...
with toine, butler, and j-will coming off the bench...
(not to mention wade, butler, and odom made it to the semi-finals the
year they traded them away)

they wouldnt be nearly as old, nor bench depleted... but riles has a history
of over paying people... i bet there are a few miami fans who recognize this...

really bit him in the ass this time...

Uh, that is a team made to get blown out in the NBA playoffs past the first
round. Nice team, 4th seed, exits in 6 in round 2.

If "bit in the ass" means "only got to the Finals", then may I get my ass
bitten every year...

I tell you, I wouldn't mind seeing a heat lineup without J-Will in it
at all...

Unless that meant Payton got more court time

if you had the common sense god gave a gnat before it hit the window
of my car rolling down 85, you would know that this is a team you could
build on, vs being cash strapped for the next five years with company time...

well, maybe you wouldnt... :-(

vs the opportunity to get to the finals and win...
riles had it right with van gundy but he wanted to play supercoach
and fucked everything up...

he thought he could win a championship with company time...
what on fucking earth for??? the last time he played halfway decent
was in 03... it is currently 06 now...

i guess some people think its worth mortgaging the whole future of
the team for one shot at a championship rather than trying to put together
a team that can play together for years...

dont be surprised if dwade checks out his options and decides to leave
miami... he cant think that company time is going to get better in the
next four years in which he has 20 million dollars per year of their
salary cap locked up...

riles gambled and lost... he sat in his ivory tower way to long and
heat fans will pay the consequences of it... its the reason plenty of
laker fans didnt mind seeing the big krispy kreme get shipped the
fuck out of town, he had worn out his welcome...

if wade is smart, he wont tie himself to that rusty anchor...

wouldnt that be funny, riles gambles on company time and ends up
losing wade because of it... :-)

It's pretty funny looking back at some posts from a few days ago. Miami
lost two ROAD games and not only was the Finals a total loss, but Wade
was going to leave the team because of it as well.

I'm really surprised that Wade even bothered to play in Game 3. His
life was in such shambles: being 24, making millions playing
basketball, living in South Beach, playing in the Finals...how did he
even bother going on?

He should've demanded a trade before Tuesday. If only he'd read a few
posts here he really could've made something of his life.

oops. It must be nice to be wrong so frequently yet so oblivious that
you still think you know it all.
