Well, the new schedule is out. You'd think that errors of the past
might be addressed. Spurs and Mavs three times by the first week of January? C'mon, let them play the Mavs a couple times after the All-Star break. Lots of games early, which may work out well. Play the back to backs before Christmas, when the legs are fresh. How will Bowen perform after playing in the worlds? Will he show the same weariness that other Team USA players have shown for the past few years? Why doesn't Dallas get to play on Christmas? For years, one the benefits(?) of making the Finals was the obligation to play on Christmas. Does Stern think that Dallas is too small market for Christmas day? On another note, the rockettes schedule was released, and they DO have to play 82 games this season, thereby mathematically eliminating them from the playoffs. I thought it was the winner of the finals that played on Christmas day - not bot teams - but hey I could be wrong. Quote:

Well, I've (admittedly) spent more time following the Spurs than other teams, so that may be. Seems every time they play in the Finals, they win... But they always seem to have to travel... And, of course, the lakers and shaquille have to play at home, per the CBA. Peter -- "There are two good teams in Texas.
