OT Steve Irwin

TV's Crocodile Hunter has been killed after a stingray stabbed him in the
heart, while filming at the Great Barrier Reef.

Poor bloke - all those years playing with all manner of crocs and snakes,
and he goes and gets killed by a relatively harmless fish.

Shame, cos it's always nice to see someone so enthusiatic about their work.
I enjoyed watching him.

My condolences to Terri and the kids.

Agreed. He used to make me chuckle with his "Look at this little
blighter...!" etc comments and shananagins. Quite a shock.

he lives, amuch loved man around here

There's been loads of people contacting BBC radio today. It's quite a
response for a, let's face it, minor TV celeb. Just shows you how many
people liked him.
