Default The amazing Crouch

This is Crouch's amazing goal scoring feat

Macedonia 1 FIFA RANKING - 67
Andorra 2 FIFA RANKING - 132
Greece 2 FIFA RANKING - 32
Trinidad 1 FIFA RANKING - 61
Jamica 3 FIFA RANKING - 74
Hungary 1 FIFA RANKING - 80
Uruguay 1 FIFA RANKING - 14

Yup, a class act when playing the minnows of the world. Too bad he
doesn't play non-league football every week. He'd be scoring
hat-tricks week in week out.

If it's that easy to score, why isn't anyone else doing it?

Maybe because, Rooney and Owen are out. Shearer has retired. And the
rest of the team don't play 90 minutes up front.

David James could probably score against a team of brick layers.

LOL

ScoopeX , i think u dream of Everton more than an Everton fan.

This isn't about Everton or Johnson or anything Blue. The question is,
do u want a giraffe playing up front when u go up against France or
Brazil or Portugal? Crouch has shown that is can't consistantly score
against quality opposition. Remember him in the world cup against
quality opposition? Crap!

Whilst I agree to a point. In the world cup he was played as a lone striker
in one game (not his forte), and came on late against Portugal (where he was
our best player whilst he was on the pitch). He did score against Sweden.

I, personally, would use him against these smaller countries as a starter,
but would use him as a last 30 minute impact player against quality sides.
The same goes for when he's playing for Liverpool.
