Default Want an indication of how sad the O's are?

Look at Jayson Stark's year-end review of the Cy Yuk Awards, and LVPs,
and see how many current and ex-O's are named.

Can't believe he didn't even consider Markakis for Rookie of the Year,
though. The kid's been good.

Only guy who is worth anything at ESPN is Peter Gammons. Some of the
other guys are even worse than posters on fan websites.

Look on the bright side . . . all those former O's that Stark singled out
as Cy Yuk'ers could still be on the team ... like Javy ...

I wonder if JLo was physically able to play -- '06 was a really precipitous
drop in production. I am not making excuses for him, but his decline over the
last 2 years was really rather more than one would have anticipated, even given
that he was what, 34, when he was signed? Still wonder what kept them from signing
I-Rod instead of JLo.

Cheers,

Mitch Edelman
