If the Cardinals are getting rid of LaRussa I'd say let the Cardinals
have Alou and we'll take LaRussa.

if you take LaRussa, then you should grab sammy sosa too, because
laRussa can turn him into another mark mcgwire, if you know what i
mean.

Why take either one. They both are worthless. LaRussa is a little whinny
bitch and Alou has no idea how to manage a baseball team just like Baker.
Girardi managed better in his first year than those two jokers.

hey, dufus, larussa, alou, and baker have MULTIPLE playoff wins to
their credit. Girardi has nothing. And when Giradi's managing the
cubs to last place, you are going to change your tune.

Please NO NO NO. Heck most Cardinal fans I know don't like Larussa
despite the success of the team.

While I don't necessarily agree with Mark's opinion, I have to say
clubhouse snoop's response is one of the dumbest I've seen in awhile
(Alsip notwithstanding). Exactly how many 'MULTIPLE' playoff wins do
you expect Girardi to have in his first year of managing?

He's grown on an awful lot of us, though. I loved Whitey Herzog as a
manager, but unfortunately, many of my fellow Cardinals fans seem to
still pine for his return despite ample evidence that his time has
long since passed.

I thought former Twins manager Tom Kelly was being considered.

Hard to argue with that success though. I'd rather have that than a manager
who is liked by the fans.
