Default What the hell was that?

So the question is: did Drew screw that up all by himself or did
Connelly wave him in? And what were they thinking?

got whathisname for Pauly. <Don't get bent out of shape, I'm just kidding>

Yeah, I'm only glad they actually salvaged one run out of the deal. If
they hadn't that's the kind of play that gives all sorts of momentum to
the wrong guys.

A championship team doesn't do such a thing to begin with.

How could Kent not score on a ball of the wall? I'm 65 and I know I
could score on a ball hit that far.

3 singles, a double, and an IBB all in one inning, and we only score 1? I
had a bad feeling about the rest of the game right then.

Oh, well - win Game 2 and we'll still have home field swing our way.

It was all Donnelly. He should have stopped Drew. He even admitted as
much after the game.

However, apparently the angry mob is forming. I just got this emailed
to me :-)

The Mets have the only starter they have left going today. Glavin has been
doing well now that his blood clots have cleared up.
