Oh well, so it goes. Perhaps there was an element of over-achieving this
year (although if they'd had a half-decent start to the season, they
might not have blown themselves out in the last week of the RS).

There's a lot to be optimistic about. If they can keep Hunter and the
two Ms. Liriano comes back in full effect and they can pick up one more
reliable starter (assuming Radke won't be back), then the division could
be theirs again next year, but without the tightrope walking.
