I must say, that having no Braves to root for this postseason I've found
myself watching more of the other teams' games than I normally do. I think in past years I've found myself disgusted and miffed enough by the Braves' annual collapse that I've had no enthusiasm to watch the other teams. This year I'm finding myself watching almost all of the games. Colin |

Seconded. I didn't expect I'd watch any October games, but I've seen quite a bit and have enjoyed it. Glavine's win and the Tigers handling the Yankees definitely qualify as highlights. |

It must be those Lasorda commercials. dick -- and do they broadcast these commercials anywhere except during the games that they're encouraging you to watch? |

I'm not, but I think that's more a function of scheduling more than anything else. Mostly, now that I'm not in school anymore, I don't really have the time to sit and watch an entire game. Whereas the last three years, it's actually been kinda nice the Braves got bounced in the first round since it's allowed me to get back to work. My marks probably would have suffered had the Braves advanced cause the post-season does take priority after all... Jon |

I'm pretty sure I saw a couple of those ads during other programming, though I do avoid commercials as much as I can even without the helpful space-age technology. Of course, the question now is, will Lasorda take his own advice? |
