Default What chance does an expansion team have?

The Mets, as an expansion team, will need a little luck to play with the
older established clubs.

Detroit Tigers--1901

Philadelphia Athletics-1901

St. Louis Brown Stockings-1882

New York Mets--1962

You have a double digit IQ don't you? If a team no longer exists why would
the Mets be playing them?

Aren't the Brown Stockings totally separate from the Cardinals? Didn't
they become just the Browns and later move to Baltimore to become the
Orioles?

Does the franchise formerly known as the Colt .45's exist? Does the
franchise formerly known as the Washington Bullets exist? Now think wery,
wery hard and a light bulb may go on above your wittle head.
